I look forward to the wine event at RW&B. Chef Lukis has an amazing talent for pairing foods and wines - the rumor is that he really labors over these choices for his own restaurant. For a real treat, venture up to Wildfire for one of their wine dinners - schedule is at http://www.wildfirerestaurant.com/wine-dinners/ Even though it is difficult for those of us in FC to venture west of the I-66 bridge at Rt. 7, these wine dinners are definitely worth the trip out of town!
