Body Found Near George Mason High School

Falls Church Police responded Oct. 18 at 8:34 a.m. to reports of an unconscious man in the roadway at George Mason High School near the intersection of West Broad Street and Haycock Road.
A 55-year-old white male, believed to be homeless, was found unresponsive and medics were unable to revive him. The man was known by City Police.
The preliminary cause of death is believed to be natural causes or possibly related to substance abuse. There is no indication that a crime occurred. Final determination of the cause of death will be made by the Medical Examiner.
