If any group, business or organization in the CITY of Falls Church should change their name, it’s the Falls Church Education Foundation. They do terrific work. The name of the organization needs to change. There are no Falls Church Schools, except the ones in Fairfax County. The City’s schools are the Falls Church CITY Public Schools. It’s on the busses, it’s on the school’s letterhead, it’s everywhere. I’ve offered to underwrite any expense the organization may incur by virtue of this simple change. I hope this change will happen soon, perhaps in time for their annual gala on April 23rd.
