Villa Ridge was plowed about 3:30 Sunday, frontloader followed by 2 plows. No snow removal before then. I was surprised how much snow was still on Broad Street yesterday afternoon.

I had to go to JMU today. 66 in Fauquier County both directions was a mess. A semi had just been uprighted when we were passing coming east.
We stopped at Costco in Fairfax on the way home I was surprised that Route 50 was as big of a mess as it was being that it is a main road.
Compared to those, the FC roads are looking good.

Tollgate Way was cleared on Sunday, around 1 p.m. - a chore due to the height and heaviness of the snow - with a back hoe and loader; great job! Mounds of snow in the parking area cannot be avoided in a snowfall such as this. A+

Similar to December, our Bel Air neighborhood (Barrett Road, near the intersection of Sleepy Hollow & Kerns) has yet to be plowed.

Randolph Street got plowed on Sunday morning. It is passable, but slippery. It has only gotten one pass. We could use some salt though. All in all, pretty pleased with the City.

Bill, hearing your woes makes me wonder if the City has an agreement with Arlington for your street. It seems that being on streets that do not connect directly with FCC (you can't leave your street without going into Arlington) puts you at an extreme disadvantage. Perhaps an email to the City Manager could help explain your situation?

For us on the East end, walking a few blocks into Fairfax demonstrates at least one advantage of being an independent, small city. We are plowed, Fairfax Co. is not. I hope that those mentioned in the Walnut area are visited soon, and Bill finds some satisfaction in talking with City Hall.

Just as in December, we, the forgotten far east siders (Rochester and Quesada St), were not visited by the City crews.
