SATURDAY 7/31: Buy a Rain Barrel for $60 at the City Property Yard

A rain barrel sale will be held Saturday, July 31, from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Property Yard, 7100 Gordon Road.

Rain barrels collect rainwater for later gardening use. The cost is $60 per barrel.

Rain barrels can also be purchased on site (first-come, first served with priority given to pre-registrations). Please have the exact amount available, or pay by a check made payable to NVSWCD.

The barrels are 42 inches tall and 23 inches wide on average. One barrel can fit easily in the back seat of most sedans, or two barrels can fit in the back of most trucks, station wagons and SUVs.
