Crime Report for January 31 – February 6

Public Drunkenness, 430 Roosevelt Blvd. (Koons Auto Body Shop).  On Jan. 31, a 23 year old Fairfax man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 400 block S. Washington St.  On Jan. 31, a 25 year old man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Narcotics Violation, 300 block E. Broad St.  On Jan. 31, a 31 year old Gaithersburg, MD man was arrested for Possession of Cocaine.

Massage License Violations, 450 W. Broad St. #220 (Venus and Mars Spa).  On Feb. 1, a 41 year old Fairfax woman was arrested for Offering Massages without a Permit and Owning a Massage Establishment without a Permit.

Domestic Assault, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd.  On Feb. 1, a 28 year old City of Falls Church man was arrested for Assaulting a Family Member.

Public Drunkenness, 300 block S. Washington St.  On Feb. 1, a 31 year old Washington, DC man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Building, 228 W. Broad St. (Doodlehoppers).  On Feb. 2, the victim reported an unknown suspect(s) stole an unattended iPhone on Jan. 31 sometime between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Larceny from Building, 200 block E. Jefferson St.  On Feb. 2, the victim reported an unknown suspect(s) stole jewelry sometime between Dec. 17, 2011 and Jan. 2012.

Public Drunkenness, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center).  On Feb. 2, a 60 year old Annandale man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence, 1000 block W. Broad St.  On Feb. 3, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 38 year old Moorestown, NJ man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Public Drunkenness, 300 block S. Maple Ave.  On Feb. 3, a 44 year old Arlington man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Building, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R1 (Planet Fitness).  On Feb. 3, the victim reported an unknown suspect(s) stole an unattended iPhone in the locker room on Feb. 2 at approximately 9:30 a.m.

Larceny from Building, 200 block E. Columbia St.  On Feb. 3, the victim reported an unknown suspect(s) stole jewelry sometime between Jan. 28 and Feb. 2.

Drinking in Public, 6763 Wilson Blvd. (V3 Club).  On Feb. 3, a 25 year old Springfield woman and a 29 year old Olney, MD woman were arrested for Drinking in Public.

Driving Under the Influence, 800 block Hillwood Ave.  On Jan. 28, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 21 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd # 24 (Café Le Mirage).  On Feb. 4, a 53 year old Springfield man was observed by an officer smoking tobacco products.  He was arrested for Smoking in a Non-Designated Area.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6779 Wilson Blvd (Café Vy).  On Feb. 4, a a 39 year old Falls Church man was observed by an officer smoking tobacco products.  He was arrested for Smoking in a Non-Designated Area.

Public Drunkenness and Resisting Arrest, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center).  On Feb. 4, a 54 year old man of no fixed address was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Resisting Arrest.

Drinking in Public, 800 block W. Broad St.  On Feb. 4, a 46 year old man of no fixed address was arrested for Drinking in Public.

Public Drunkenness, 1230 W. Broad St. (Giant Foods).  On Feb. 4, a 46 year old Great Falls man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd (Eden Center).  On Feb. 4, a 42 year old Fairfax man and a 45 year old Springfield man were observed by an officer smoking tobacco products.  They were arrested for Smoking in a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, 1000 block Hillwood Ave.  On Feb. 5, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 37 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Attempted Breaking and Entering, 200 block Lawton St.  On Feb. 5 at 4:38 a.m., an unknown suspect attempted to enter residence.

Smoking in a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd #17 (Hoa Vien Quan).  On Feb. 5, a 65 year old Fairfax man was observed by an officer smoking tobacco products.  He was arrested for Smoking in a Non-Designated Area.

Disorderly Conduct, 6757 Wilson Blvd.  On Feb. 6, a 42 year old Falls Church man and a 43 year old Springfield man were arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Public Drunkenness, 132 W. Broad St. (Dogwood Tavern) On Feb. 6, a 40 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
