Graffiti, 161 Hillwood Ave. (Woodland Artisans).  On June 28, 6:59 p.m., red spray paint graffiti was observed on the rear and side of a parked truck.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block E. Fairfax St.  On June 29, 1:11 p.m., a 58 year old man no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence, 200 block N. West St.  On June 29, 6:57 p.m., an officer responded to the area for a report of a car accident.  One of the drivers, a 55 year old Falls Church man, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #24 ( Hai Ky Mi Gai).  On June 30, 11:18 p.m., an officer observed a patron smoking in the restaurant.  A 25 year old Ft. Worth, TX, man was arrested for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Driving Under the Influence, Refusal to Submit to a Breath or Blood Test, and Driving with a Revoked License, 1000 block W. Broad St. On July 1, 11:50 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 59 year old City of Falls Church man, was arrested for Felony Driving Under the Influence (third offense), Refusal to Submit to a Breath or Blood Test, and Driving with a Revoked License for DUI offenses.

Driving Under the Influence, and Refusal to Submit to a Breath or Blood Test, 600 block Roosevelt Blvd.  On July 3, 12:25 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 42 year old Fairfax man, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Breath or Blood Test.

Drinking In Public, 300 block Douglas Ave.  On July 3, 8:08 p.m., a 50 year old Falls Church man, was arrested for Drinking In Public.

Shoplifting, 586 S. Washington St. (Victory Comics). On July 4, 11:50 a.m., an officer responded to the location for a report of shoplifting which had just occurred.  Officers found the suspect and arrested a 23 year old Washington, DC man for Shoplifting.
