Prescription Fraud, 134 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy). On Feb. 26 a 26 year old Annandale woman was arrested for Prescription Fraud.
Public Drunkenness, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R3 (V3 Club). On Feb. 27 a 25 year old Alexandria man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Robbery – Strong Arm (attempt), 1231 W. Broad St. (Don Beyer Volvo – rear parking lot). On Feb 27, victim reports he was approached by two suspects. Suspect #1 attempted to grab his cell phone from his person and the victim resisted. Suspect #2 then struck the victim in the head. The victim struggled with the two suspects and was able to break free and police were called. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries and released. The two suspects fled the scene on foot and were last seen headed towards Shreve Road. Suspect #1 is described as a white male, approximately 5’08 tall, approximately 23 to 26 years of age, blondish hair, clean shaven with large gauge earrings. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black hooded sweatshirt, jeans, earphones and a necklace. Suspect #2 is described as a white male, approximately 5’06 tall, approximately 23 to 26 years of age with blondish hair, and clean shaven. He was wearing a white t-shirt, jeans, and a black baseball type cap.
Public Drunkenness, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center). On Feb. 27 a 45 year old Chantilly man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Driving Under the Influence, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. On Feb. 28 a 21 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
Vandalism to Property, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center). On Feb. 28 graffiti was found on the doors to the men’s restroom.
Urinating In Public, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant). On Feb. 28 a 23 year old Herndon man was arrested and released on summons for Urinating In Public.
Urinating In Public, Possession of False ID, and Public Drunkenness, Liberty Ave/Hillwood Ave. On Feb. 28 a 25 year old man of no fixed address was arrested for Urinating In Public, Possession of False ID, and Public Drunkenness.
Public Drunkenness, 100 block E. Annandale Rd. On Mar. 2 a 35 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6787A Wilson Blvd. (Saigon Xua Restaurant). On Mar. 2 a 30 year old Fort Smith, AR man was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. A 45 year old Falls Church man was arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #16 (Café Le Mirage). On Mar. 2 a 38 year old Stafford man was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area. An Annandale resident and a Woodbridge resident were arrested and released on summons for Permitting Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater). On Mar. 2 a 39 year old Stafford man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.
Public Drunkenness, 6600 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center). On Mar. 4 a 52 year old man of no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Graffiti, 400 block S. Maple Ave. On Feb. 20 graffiti was observed on a generator.
Malicious Wounding, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #24 (Hai Ky Mi Ga). On Feb. 22 officers responded to the location for a report of a fight. After investigation a 21 year old Silver Spring, MD man was later arrested for Malicious Wounding.
Public Drunkenness and Obstruction of Justice, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center). On Feb. 22 a 39 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Obstruction of Justice.
Shoplifting, 1150 W. Broad St. (CVS Pharmacy). On Feb. 22 a 33 year old Washington, DC man was arrested for Grand Larceny.
Driving Under the Influence, 200 block S. Cherry St. On Feb. 23 a 58 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Driving Under the Influence and Urinating In Public, 1200 block W. Broad St. On Feb. 9 an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a 52 year old Capitol Heights, MD man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Urinating In Public.
Driving Under the Influence, Narcotics Violation, and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 1000 block E. Broad St. On Feb. 9 a 26 year old Clinton, MD woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.
Defrauding an Innkeeper, 105 W. Broad St. (Ireland’s Four Provinces). On Feb. 9 the business reported a customer failed to pay a bill after leaving the restaurant.

UPDATE, Jan. 22: City of Falls Church Police Find Dog in Bite Incident; Dog Has Rabies Inoculations, Not Likely to Have Rabies
The dog that bit an adult on January 18 on the playground of Thomas Jefferson Elementary School (601 S. Oak St.) was found the following day. The dog, a pit bull, has had its rabies inoculations and is not likely to have rabies. The dog is in quarantine for observation for a total of 10 days, according to standard protocol. The victim of the bite started rabies shots but discontinued them when the dog was located. Charges are pending for the owner of the dog who was visiting the City of Falls Church.
The City of Falls Church Police Department thanks all who responded to the request for information.
UPDATE: At 2:16 pm Saturday, January 16, the City advised via its Alert System that the dog involved in this incident has been located. No additional details are available at this time. Thank you to all who helped.
The City of Falls Church Police Department seeks information concerning a dog bite incident that occurred on Friday, January 18 at about 4 to 4:30 p.m. on the playground of Thomas Jefferson Elementary School (601 S. Oak St.). The victim was attacked and bitten on the leg by a dog that was running loose on the playground. Two men were allowing the dog to run without a leash when the offense occurred.
The dog is described as a black and white (mostly white) medium-sized short-haired dog, possibly a “Pit Bull” Terrier or similar-looking dog.
One of the men with the dog is described as a white adult male, approximately 6 feet tall, trim build, possibly with neatly-trimmed gray hair, wearing a knee-length topcoat and dark sunglasses. The other man with the dog is described as a white adult male.
The men and the dog left the area after refusing to give any information to the victim. The victim may have to be given rabies inoculations if the dog is not located.
