Crime Report for March 19 – 25

Larceny of Vehicle Parts, 1051 E. Broad St. (Koons Ford).  On Mar. 19 a tow dolly and license plate camera reader were reported stolen.  The items were last seen on Mar. 12.

Possession of False ID, 300 block S. Washington St.  On Mar. 19 a 44 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Possession of False ID.

Larceny from Building, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd.  On Mar. 20 a locked bicycle was stolen from a communal rack.  The bicycle was last seen on Mar. 12.

Trespass, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center).  On Mar. 20 a  55 year old man of no fixed address was arrested for Trespassing.  He was previously banned from entering the property.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua).  On Mar. 20 a 28 year old Springfield man was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Narcotics Violation, 7124 Leesburg Pike (George Mason High School).  On Mar. 21 a 16 year-old juvenile, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Narcotics Violation, 217 Gordon Rd. (City of Falls Church Homeless Shelter).  On Mar. 21 a 52 year old Annandale man was arrested for Possession of Cocaine.

Sexual Assault, 100 block E. Broad St.  On Mar. 21, police received a report of a sexual assault which occurred in the parking lot on Mar. 13.  The suspect is described as a tall, medium build, black male cross-dressing.  He was wearing black shorts, high heels, black handkerchief covering the mouth, and a black wig with red/golden highlights.

Public Drunkenness, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction of Justice, 6763 Wilson Blvd. #R3 (V3 Club).  On Mar. 22 a 32 year old Falls Church man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.  While officers were affecting the arrest, he resisted and a crowd in the bar confronted the officers.  He was also charged with Resisting Arrest.  Officers then observed another intoxicated individual throw a glass bottle and smash it on the ground.  That individual, a 46 year old Falls Church man, was arrested for Public

Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.  One of the crowd members who confronted the officers, a 37 year old Falls Church man, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Obstruction of Justice.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center).  On Mar. 22 a 35 year old Lorton man was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Drinking In Public, 100 block W. Broad St.  On Mar. 22, a 25 year old Annandale man was arrested and released on summons for Drinking In Public.

Public Drunkenness, 400 block S. Washington St.  On Mar. 22 an Annandale man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test, 300 block E. Broad St.  On Mar. 23 an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation.  The driver, a 31 year old Arlington man, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Procuring a Leased Vehicle with Intent to Defraud and Public Drunkenness, 200 block E. Fairfax St.  On Mar. 24 an intoxicated man defrauded a taxi driver of the fare.  A  24 year old City of Falls Church man was arrested for Procuring a Leased Vehicle with Intent to Defraud and Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct, 1000 block E. Broad St.  On Mar. 24 a 31 year old Vienna man was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.

Public Drunkenness, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant).  On Mar. 25 a 36 year old Woodbridge man was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center).  On Mar. 25 a 41 year old Springfield man was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.
