"Passport to the World" performances continue through February 24 at Creative Cauldron at ArtSpace Falls Church, 410 S. Maple Avenue.
Italy is the next stop in the international arts festival series “Passport to the World.” Experience The Great One Man Commedia Epic with Faction of Fools Artistic Director Matthew R. Wilson on Saturday, January 19 at 7:30 pm at Creative Cauldron at ArtSpace Falls Church.
The Washington Post describes the performance as “theatrical hyperactivity.” “A breath of fresh air..a Miracle Man.. a robust Harlequin with many faces. Never has multi-personality disorder looked like such fun!” declared the DC Theatre Scene.
“This show is a very different and fun live theater experience,” says Laura Connors Hull, Creative Cauldron Producing Director and Founder. Originally commissioned in 2004 for Italy’s 20th Annual Stage Internazionale, Wilson single-handedly brings to life the cast of 12 characters. This event will appeal to people who want to see how modern comedy began 500 years ago and to those who are looking for laughs today.
Tickets are $20 Adults and $18 Students/Seniors and can be purchased in advance at www.creativecauldron.org Creative Cauldron is located at 410 S. Maple Avenue in the Pearson Square Building. Free parking is available in the garages at 410 and 400 S. Maple Avenue.
