SATURDAY 12/1 and SUNDAY 12/2: The Nutcracker Ballet
The Kintz-Mejia Academy of Ballet will be performing The Nutcraker Ballet at George Mason High School Theater next month, with a Falls Church native in the lead role. Kaitlin Kay, who is dancing the part of Clara, is a junior at George Mason High and received a coveted invitation to the Bolshoi Ballet’s summer intensive program in New York City this past summer. Performances are Saturday, December 1 at 2:00pm and 7:00pm and Sunday, December 2 at 2pm at the George Mason High School Theater, 7124 Leesburg Pike. Tickets are $30 at the door (cash or check only.)
